Greetings current and prospective partners of the Jimmy Mac Foundation (JMF)! As we are living in and through very challenging times, it is more important than ever that we reach out and help one another. Our theme for 2022 is “Love In Action”, and is grounded in the scripture, “Dear children, let us not love with word or speech but with actions and in truth.” (1 John 3:18) Our hope is that we all can begin to let love be our guiding force, and that you are constantly seeing “Love In Action” in all we do through the JMF.
Educational Assistance – Books for Africa
The Life for Children Ministry has a new library which we are excited to support by purchasing approximately 1700 books for the students. We wholeheartedly believe in their motto, “Today a reader, tomorrow a leader.”

Nutritional Support
As a part of our nutrition initiative, the JMF purchased a greenhouse for a group of hardworking Kenyan widows called the “Jewels of Obaga”, a widow mentoring organization. We were prompted to sponsor this project after hearing the poignant and heartbreaking realities of cultural oppression they face in Kenya. We look forward to sharing the rewards from investing in their lives through these and future sustainable nutritional programs.

Home Builds
We are pleased to announce that our co-sponsorship of Habitat for Humanity homes will double this year! As our partnership aided in the completion of two homes in 2021, we feel privileged to be a part of something that greatly blesses so many families in need. Additionally, the JMF is thrilled about the ongoing success of our Kenyan home build initiative with the Life for Children Ministry, committing to sponsoring the build of a minimum of 4 homes by year end.
Educational Assistance - JMF “Making A Difference” Scholarship

To date, 60% of our $25K scholarship goal has been met, and there are 24 students who have expressed interest in applying this year. On February 6, we sponsored an essay writing workshop for the candidates focusing on how to tell your story and write a winning essay. A big shout out of thanks to Ms. Tanika Mangum of Paid4College for facilitating a well-received, high-energy session. It is important to provide these kinds of opportunities, and we thank you in advance for the continual generosity that will allow us to meet and prayerfully, exceed the JMF “Making A Difference” Scholarship goal.
Hear from 2021 scholarship award winners Madison Long and Caleb Dean.
JMF Volunteer Opportunities
We continue to actively recruit “JMF Awareness Ambassadors” to increase awareness of the Jimmy Mac Foundation and expand our presence in all social media arenas. For more information and/or to volunteer, please email jimmymacfoundation5928@gmail.com or call (404) 918-8115.
JMF Tax Letters – 2021
Tax letters for 2021 donations were emailed on January 11. If you made a donation and did not receive an emailed statement, please send an inquiry to jimmymacfoundation5928@gmail.com and we will resend it.
GOD continues to bless the work of the Jimmy Mac Foundation. Without our current and future JMF partners, we would not be able to support communities all across the globe. Thank you and thank God for the opportunity to demonstrate “love in action”! To GOD be the glory!
With a Servant’s Heart,
Jimmy
